High density Polyethylene Production and Processing Plant ("HDPE") produces 510 kta of polyethylene.In JSC "Kazanorgsintez" first batch of linear HDPE was produced in 2005. Linear HDPE grades designed for processing into high-strength film, which uses for cold foodstuffs packaging and production of household products and also single- and multi-layer films pure and mixtures with LDPE reduced raw material processor's consumptions.

LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE PLANT produces 182 kt different grades and compositions of LDPE for production of castable, blown, extrusive and film products. The plant is the unique producer of electric-conductive polythene compositions in the CIS for production of special cables and pipes for transportation of explosives in mining industry. The plant produces composition of polythene with high adhesive properties, allowing increase of corrosion resistance of spiral - seam pipes in case of pipe isolation by this kind of polythene.
Polycarbonates Plant is unique as for Russian Federation as well as for near foreign countries. Process technology that used in Polycarbonate Plant developed by Japan company Asahi Kasei Chemical surpasses many world production facilities manufacturing polycarbonate as final product. The capacity of production is 65 thousand tones of different grades of polycarbonate per year.
General purpose polycarbonates are used in electronics, electrical technology and communication systems; in automotive industry and machinery industry; in medicine. Extrusion grade polycarbonate is used in construction for manufacturing of honeycomb and monolithic sheets for pane of buildings and constructions.
Optical grade polycarbonate is used for manufacturing of compact discs and optical data carriers.
