Plastic is our passion which we indulge innovatively and successfully for more than 20 years now. As one of the leading European compounders our approx. 200 employees put the finishing touch on plastics at four productions sites in Germany, Austria and Spain.

We compound injection moulding and extrusion qualities on the basis of the following materials:

ABS, LCP, PA6, PA4.6, PA6.6, PA11, PA12, PBT, PC, PC/ABS Blends, PEI, PEEK, PES, PFA, PMMA, PMMA/ABS Blends, POM, PP, PPA, PPS, PPSU, PS, PSU, PVDF, SAN TPE, TPU

We use the following colorants:

Titan dioxide, carbon blacks, organic and inorganic pigments and colorants, day glow pigments, optical brighteners and special effect pigments.

For the product design we e.g. use the following materials:
Glass fibres, glass beads, carbon fibres, minerals, talcum, chalk, carbonyl iron powder, PTFE, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate, carbon black – also available as conductive quality

Impact resistance modifiers, nucleation agents, flame retardants (halogen- and heavy-metal free), internal and external lubricants, antistatics, demoulding aids, release agents, light stabilizers, UV absorbers, antioxidants, heat stabilizers

Masterbatch

If you cannot find a batch for your polymer base, we are here to help you with your high performance synthetics.

Based on our experience in compounds and colour, we are not only able to provide specific colour batches, but can also provide combination products, e.g. UV, antistatics, or lubricants. All colour settings are possible, be it RAL, Pantone, HKS, or your own designs.

And we also work exclusively for you - your product – developed by us.

Desmovit® is the registered trade name for reinforced, additived thermoplastic polyurethanes of geba-Group and Bayer Material-Science AG.

On the basis of Bayer MaterialScience’s highquality TPU types of Desmopan®, both partners develop tailor-made TPU compounds.

Additionally, geba-Group offers a separate, comprehensive range of polymer specific colour and additive systems.

The Desmovit® model series meets a variety of specific customer requirements. It is continuously being customised and refined to adhere to the broadly diversified fields of application, in order to complement the classic and well-proven types of Desmopan® and atisfy new customer requests.
