Polycarbonate is one of the last thermoplastic material to be produced and marketed, but even so it has had a spectacular consumption growth in different fields, from the building to the electronic/ele-ctric industry and lately in the car manufacture. This is one of the reason why Gammacril has decided to apply the long experience in acrylic into the production of Esalux® polycarbonate tubes, so that we can enlarge our products range and offer to our customers transparent tubes with superior performances, such as high impact resistance, excellent thermostability and good transparency.

The standard production program includes diameters with range from 10 mm. up to 250 mm., with standard lengths of 2.000 and 2.050 mm., all packed with adhesive polyethylene film and they are undergone during the final stages of the production to an antistatic treatment, through the application on the external surface of a proper liquid, to avoid the presence of dust for a certain period after the production.

The extruded polycarbonate tubes Esalux® are produced in transparent colour only and exclusively with UV stabilized raw materials, to slow down the harmful effects of the solar radiation.

We can supply on demand with minimum quantities and prices to agree with our Sales Department, tubes in lengths from 10 mm. up to 13.000 mm., in diameters not present in our standard production program, in a wide range of colours, and produced in materials with improved characteristics, such as better fire resistance, perfect compatibility to the food contact (FDA approved material), suitability for gamma radiation sterilazation for medical equipments.
