AEROBATCH® PP 140
AEROBATCH® PP 240
AEROBATCH® PP 340

AEROBATCH® PP is an additive which significantly increases the mechanical properties of TPS like tensile strength and elongation at break. This results in an improved isotropic behavior, even after hot air aging. Due to an improved dimensional stability, a reduction of the wall thickness of the final part is possible. AEROBATCH® PP is available in granulate form and guarantees an easy and dust free handling.

The additive TEGOMER® AntiScratch 100 increases the scratch resistance of PP/TPO/talc compounds that are commonly used in the automotive industry for interior applications like door panels, center console trims or parts of the dashboard. In contrast to standard additives, TEGOMER® AntiScratch 100 guarantees a long term, durable scratch resistance that does not lose performance over time. Consequently, a car interior made with compounds containing TEGOMER® AntiScratch 100 appears to be in good condition after long term use, which results in a high value perception of the customer.

Additionally, TEGOMER® AntiScratch 100 does not migrate because it is anchored to the polymer matrix. For this reason the additive is non-fogging, does not affect the printability or coatability, and is absolutely odorless. At our booth we have grained surfaces made from compounds with and without our additive in comparison to standard solutions available. Meet us there and convince yourself of the superior product properties!

Evonik's POLYTREND® coloring solutions for plastics are based on more than 30 years of experience in the plastics industry and worldwide market leadership in color systems.
POLYTREND liquid color systems for on-demand plastics coloring constitute an entirely new product range. The complete series of unique, environmentally friendly pigment and colorant dispersions, combined with brand new blending and metering systems, sets a precedent in plastics coloring. The main advantage of using POLYTREND liquid color systems is that the end-user can respond swiftly to changing color needs with an in-house color system.

AEROBATCH® U 125 ES
AEROBATCH® U 125 ET

AEROBATCH® U is an easy to handle granulated additive, which solves the well known problems in the processing of all types of TPU. It significantly increases the melt strength and increases the crystallization speed. The processing window can be extended, thus AEROBATCH® U facilitates the calibration process of extruded and blow molded TPU products. It avoids dye freezing, improves thickness control and reduces the stickiness. Now, injection TPU grades can be easily extruded. Esther and Ether versions of AEROBATCH® U are available.
