ZERO-D is a consulting company in plastic industry which operates in extrusion and injection.
Etablished since 10 years near Strasbourg (France), ZERO-D has grown closer to the needs of customers.
From training to simulation or conception, our services can find the best solutions to problems or particular processes.
o Flow simulation in EXTRUSION, an INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIE : flow inside the die, cooling inside the calibrator, warping and deflection of the profile ;
o Die conception : classical or technical polymers, optimisation and validation thanks to simulation ;
o Flow simulation in INJECTION : bi and tri component, sandwich, overmolding of metallic and plastic insert, warping ;
