Company Profile
About us

Alpha Marathon is a world-leading supplier of film extrusion equipment, specializing in the design and manufacture of complete turnkey systems and components for blown film, cast film, downward blown water quenched film, and bi-oriented shrink film for the pharmaceutical, food and packaging industries.

Blown film lines are custom designed to the end users specifications, from mono-layer up to 11 layer barrier film applications.

Our Alpha Dual Spiral System (ADSS) stackable die is used for 5 layer films and above.

We produce ALPHA Stretch multi-layer cast film lines and ALPHA Direct air bubble wrap forming lines.

Our multi-layer downward blown water quench line, the ALPHA Glacier is used to produce barrier film for medical applications.

ALPHA Plus lines produce bi-oriented barrier shrink film for the food packaging industry. We also provide extrusion systems for the agricultural and construction sectors.

Our system components include smooth bore and grooved feed extruders, auto-gauge air rings, horizontal film oscillators, center assist surface winders and stacked or single gap turret winders.
