THERMOFORMING

AMP 630-GP is the AMUT new in-line thermoforming machine with tilting lower mould, particularly suitable to thermoform cone-shaped products at 68.000 pcs/hhour. The machine will be shown in operation with a 35-cavity mould to produce 240cc disposable cups “AQUACUP” made of PP.

EXTRUSION

Foils and sheets.

AMUT will show a horizontal calender designed for PET extruded foil, featuring 700 mm Ø main rolls and 450 mm Ø inlet roll. Hourly production up to 1500 kg.

EXTRUSION

Profiles, pipes and granulation.

AMUT will show its new parallel counter-rotating twin screw extruder BA 114 CEMAX, 4th generation of MAX twin screw extruders. Especially designed to extrude window profiles at the production of 600 kg/hh and rigid PVC pressure pipes at the rate of 1.100 kg/hh.

RECYCLING
